What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 robes — one floor or one treatment suite is a normal order — with bulk tiers for whole properties.

How fast will my robes arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished robes ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an opening date is fixed.

Is a higher GSM always a better robe?

No. GSM is mass per square metre and says nothing on its own about absorbency, because a long loose loop and a short dense loop can weigh the same and behave completely differently wet. Ask for the loop construction alongside the GSM.

Why do you quote sizes after washing?

Because cotton terry shrinks on its first industrial wash. Robes have to be cut oversized to land on the size you ordered, so we quote the post-wash dimensions. A pre-wash size describes a garment that stops existing the first time it is laundered.

Where do hospitality robes actually fail?

At the belt loops, the tie and the pocket bags — almost never in the body. A loop sewn through the panel outlives one tacked to the surface by a long way, and it costs almost nothing to specify.

Is velour more absorbent than terry?

Less. Velour is terry with the loops sheared flat, and the loop was doing the absorbing. That is why our velour robes are faced outside and keep a terry loop against the skin.

Are your bamboo robes made of bamboo?

Not in the way the name suggests. Bamboo fabric is almost always regenerated cellulose made from bamboo pulp — viscose. It is a pleasant fabric and it is not a bamboo fibre, and we will describe it accurately on the quote.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team sets it for embroidery. Fine detail closes up in stitch on a looped fabric, so most marks need opening out rather than scaling.
